Over the last years IT Sourcing is more and more a subject IT Executives are discussing. It all started with Outsourcing and after that Off Shoring and it gradually became Sourcing and next to that Multi Vendor Sourcing. You’ve heard the tales of outsourcing success and failure and read about the staggering percentages of Sourcing failure.

 

Outsourcing is a two-sided coin; it can be a success story, or it can be a total failure. Most of those failures are the result of the wrong approach or missing crucial steps in the process to get into a Sourcing Arrangement.

 

The result at the end of the 6 day Master Class will be that you have enough practical knowledge on how to start, execute and implement a Sourcing Arrangement, but next to that how to make it successful by executing it in close relationship with your Sourcing Vendors.

Every module will be a one-day class session. So the total program will take 6 days. The 6 modules will planned in 3 blocks of 2 day class sessions. This means three overnight stays for the total program. The first day of each block there will be a plenary dinner. This will give you the opportunity to discuss the subject discussed in classroom with your fellow students.
